The course service is located at Doc’s Bar, Brusselsestraat 246, 3000 Leuven.

The Course Service opens the first week of the semester. We'll be selling by year during the first few weeks. So be sure to check our website to see when you can visit! If you're taking courses from multiple years, please choose the year where you need the most books.
The Course Service will remain open until week 10 of the semester; the closure will be announced on our website and Medica social media.

You can purchase this learning material and much more through Medical Werff. You can find the webshop here. The course service also offers fittings for lab coats, doctor's gowns, and clogs.

When you purchase a Medica Membership Card, you'll receive a discount at the Medica Course Service and select Medica events. Our printer, Copy De Raaf, also offers a 20% discount in their print shop upon presentation of your membership card.

With your Acco share, you get a discount on course materials provided by Acco. In that case, you pay the member price instead of the standard price.

No, that's definitely not the intention. The Cudi will only open at the exact time of opening hours.

Every student can purchase a Medica membership. This membership is valid for one academic year. It offers a variety of benefits, such as cheaper participation in activities and discounts on course services.
